Shipping
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders will be shipped within 10 business days (Sunday and Public holidays are not considered as working days), or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and Courier Company shipment delivery norms. Because each craftsman’s process is unique, shipping times may vary depending on Product.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to conditions beyond our control.
Shipping charges will be: Within Maharashtra – Rs.100 and Outside Maharashtra, within India – Rs 150
Shipping is free on purchases above INR 2500. (Before GST price)
As soon as your package is shipped, we will update your package tracking information.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at gawakshsales@gmail.comwithin 24 hours of placing the order.
The whole order amount including shipping charges will be refunded if the whole order is cancelled by us or cannot be delivered due to any reason. In case if part of the order is cancelled by us or cannot be delivered due to any reason shipping charges will not be refunded.
