Products which include specific processes e.g. Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, embroidered, handloom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences Each piece will be unique and specially crafted for you.
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut and nature of fabric. Please visit our Size chart to select the size best suited to you.
We have insured to display the colours of our products that appear on the Website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. We do not take responsibility of the visual your monitor displays.
Gift wrapping required Please send us an email with your order ID and request for gift-wrap at: gawakshsales@gmail.com and we will provide complimentary gift wrap for your product(s)!
We recommend to carefully check your size with reference to Size Chart provided. Ready-made products have enough margins to loosen up to 1 size up.
We use natural fabrics which are hand processed (dyeing, printing etc). These colours might bleed, rub against the skin or transfer onto lighter colours. The natural fabric might shrink. Please follow wash care instructions displayed along with product. We do not take any colour guarantee.
Payments
There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on www.Gawaksh.net, but you have not done any purchases with us, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Please email us at gawakshsales@gmail.com
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate and there is uninterrupted Internet connection.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, amount is normally credited back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on gawakshsales@gmail.com with your order number for any clarification.
