Cancellation / Exchange / Return

Please note, we strictly do not exchange / return products based on any other reasons except the damaged material or incorrect product delivery.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit only after we receive original product from you.

Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from team Gawaksh. We will not offer any replacement in such a case.
Once the cancellation is initiated, the refund will be processed by us within 10 days of receipt of original product by us.
You may cancel your order or some items in your order before we bill and ship the items.

Tags should be intact and product should be unused. No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered / washed / ironed / dry-cleaned by the customer.

We do not offer Reverse pick up. In case of orders where return / exchange is authorised by Gawaksh for damaged material or incorrect product delivery, reasonable reverse shipping charges, to the extend approved by Gawaksh, will be refunded to the customer. Please get in touch with gawakshsales@gmail.com in case of reverse shipping.
All returns/replacements are subject to the discretion of Gawaksh.
